On the 28th February, 2001, Masalai Communications signed an MOU with the Papua New Guinea Investment Promotion Authority (IPA). As the Managing-Director for IPA said "..networking was important for his organisation because with shared resources of other business orientated websites they would be able to provide a powerful web presence for domestic and international business communities."

From that beginning we have plodded along, but quite slowly we might add. We are now therefore in the process of revamping our entire site to better fulfill our website's intended purpose. That is, to facilitate business contacts in PNG in an up to date and timely manner.
